How to Download Ownership Certificate Online in Kerala?

Sanchaya is an e-governance application software suite for Revenue and Licence System in local governments of Kerala. Using this website you can Know your Property Tax, e-payment of Property Tax, Download / Print Ownership certificate  for your Property in Kerala etc.

How to get Ownership Certificate through Online?

Visit the website http://tax.lsgkerala.gov.in. Select your District from the Drop Down and Select Corporation / Municipality / Grama Panchayath and click on Search. Click on your Grama Panchayath / Municipality and click on Select. Then you will be displayed a new page and click on Ownership Certificate. Then A new page will be displayed as below. Enter your Ward Year, Ward Number, Door Number, Sub Number and click on Search.

Once you Enter the Ward Year, Ward Number and Door Number you will displayed with a page with details of the owner. Click on the Owner Name and you will be displayed with below page. If you do not paid the property tax you have to pay the tax for getting the ownership certificate. If you already paid the tax you can click on Ownership Certificate as shown in the above image. A new page will be displayed and select the Purpose for Ownership Certificate from the drop down and click on Submit and Ownership Certificate will be generated in PDF and you can save the Certificate in PDF or you can take a printout of the Certificate for Submitting.
